SPC Floor Manufacturing Process:

Nowadays, SPC flooring is becoming more and more popular and it is gradually replacing many of the floors we used before, such as LVT CLICK Flooring, and WPC Flooring. Let's take a look at the production process of SPC flooring.

Step One: Mixing and Heating

Put Raw material (PVC resin powder, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, carbon black, etc) together, Using 100% virgin material

Step Two:  Extruding 

Semi-finished plank (rigid core) to settle basic thickness

Step Three: Hot pressing

 Press Wear layer + Decor films (Texture and peeling strength)+ Semi-Finished plank together

Step Four: Cutting 

Whole plank (High efficiency & accuracy) into pieces, the size can meet different kinds of requests

Step Five: UV Coating

Make surface resistant & durable for scratch and stain, we have ceramic bead coating, diamond coating, and easy cleaning coating (just using water can clean the dirty place made by color pen) for choice

Step Six: Standing time

To make SPC more stable, each process under hot temperature will be standing, following the international EN standard

Step Seven: Slotting and Grooving

A: The MOQ is one 20' container with 3-5 colors from our E-catalog. If your quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500sqm per color from our inventory or 1000sqm from the E-catalog.
Q: Can I use my own carton designs?
A: We can print the cartons according to your request. If you need, we can send the popular designs for your reference.
Q: Can I purchase the flooring accessory?
A: Yes, besides the skirting or baseboard, we can also provide different kinds of underlayment such as EVA/IXPE, etc.
Q: What's your flooring warranty?
A: For residential, we recommend 0.3 mm wear layer and the warranty is 15 years. For light commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer and the warranty is 8 years.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The average delivery time is around 25-35 days after the payment. We have 17 production lines to guarantee your delivery time.
Q: How can I know your flooring is consistent with your description?
