For loading method, we always use airbags to fill the gap space, and wood strips to strengthen the stability of pallets in order to ensure safety during long-distance shipping. And will provide better loading method to help our customers to make the full use of container capacity.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The MOQ is one full container. But If your quantity is less than one container (LCL), we can support 500 Sqm based on our ready stock floor items.

Q: Can I use my carton designs?
A: We can print the cartons according to your request. If you need, we can send the popular designs for your reference.

Q: Can I purchase the flooring accessory?
A: Yes, team Y.H.F can provide the full range accessories, including skirting, T-moulding, Reducer.ect. Besides these, we can also provide different kinds of underlayment such as EVA/IXPE, etc.

Q: What's your flooring warranty?
A: For residential, we recommend a 0.3 mm wear layer and the warranty is 15 years. For light commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer and the warranty is 8 years.

Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The average delivery time is around 35-40 days after the payment. We have over 15 production lines to guarantee your delivery time.

Q: How can I know your flooring is consistent with your description?
A: At Y.H.F, we ensure complete trust and satisfaction by three steps: before, during & after production at every stage will guarantee the product you receive matches your exact specifications.

Before producing Y.H.F can provide samples for your evaluation. After your approval, we will start mass production

In the process of manufacturing, we will update the order process periodically. Like when we received the deco film, we will check the color difference with the sample that was dispatched.

Each step is strictly controlled by the QC team, for UV coating, texture surface, locking system, Installation gap & height difference. 

Before loading, our professional inspection team will do test for appearance, physical performance, packing situation, all what we do is make sure you will receive the exact product that you ordered.
