Product Description

The Eco-friendly Wood Plastic Composite decking is made of 65% wood powder, 30% HDPE--High Density (Grade A), chemical additives (Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, colorants, Anti-fungus agent, coupling agent, reinforcing agent, lubricants etc.). All these raw materials are premixed and extruded by professional Wood-Plastic machinery with special technologies. It's a Low-carbon, Environmental protection, Recyclable new materials.

Compared to the traditional product, 3D Embossed WPC decking will have more natural visual effect and more realistic wood grain texture. 3D embossing technique do not need a follow-up treatment, it can finish the embossing procedure during the extrusion technique. And the grain texture of 3D embossing can provide long-termed durability because it is deeper than the normal embossing. The abrasion during the application is not so obvious as the normal embossing.

A: It is very easy and convenient to install due to it is the profile with standard size, it only need some cropping and
necessary appendix to finish the installation, need no further processing.

A : Totally low-maintenance. Simple soap-and-water cleaning is OK for normal situations.

4.Q:Will color fade because of weathering?
A: Unlike real wood, our products have great color fastening performance. The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application.

5.Q: Can I check the samples before order?
A: Yes, samples are free of charge, while we will collect express freight.
