Outdoor Co-extrusion WPC Decking for Residential and Commercial Areas
A new type of Eco-friendly material formed by plant fibers and plastic polymers.
It is mainly used outdoors and has the feel of wood.
Co-extrusion WPC decking is made from the wood-plastic composite core and engineering polymer covering.
The covering is like a 360°shield to prevent the core from water, UV, fungus, panting, and scratching. By using the shield, our WPC decking can avoid problems like color fading, rot, crack, and mold.
Moreover, co-extrusion decking has the advantage of scratching resistance, stain resistance, more durable life, and more color and wood grain pattern choice.
The protective layer and the core layer are hot-mixed extruded, and the cladding is tight and non-separable.
Advantages of Co-extrusion WPC decking
Co-extrusion WPC decking is produced by extrusion molding technology. The surface of the wood plastic decking is uniformly and firmly covered with the co-extruded layer.
The wear-resisting and anti-scraping performance of extruded wood-plastic floors are more than 2 times stronger than that of the first generation WPC.
In addition, the solid outer layer of the WPC co-extruded floor effectively resists the penetration of colored and oily liquids, making the surface very easy to clean.

A: It is very easy and convenient to install due to it is the profile with standard size, it only need some cropping and
necessary appendix to finish the installation, need no further processing.

A : Totally low-maintenance. Simple soap-and-water cleaning is OK for normal situations.
A: Unlike real wood, our products have great color fastening performance. The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application.
