Our dry back LVT surfaces are UV coated for enhanced protection and wear resistance.Center layer can be pure vinyl or recycled vinyl.The base backing is to increase the friction between the floor plank and subfloor. The backing naturally with adhesive is a peel and stick flooring.

Installation

 

1. Measure: Remove obstacles, calculate (L×W + extras), add 10% waste, save spares.

2. Remove Flooring: Discard old flooring if damaged; scrape adhesive residues.

3. Fix Subfloor: Fill cracks, smooth, then clean.

4. Plan Layout: Align planks to key wall, center for balance, mark cuts.

5. Adhesive: Apply swiftly with correct trowel within time limits.

6. Start: Install first row from any corner, direction optional.

7. Stagger: Offset rows ≥8", cut ends to fit, ensure snug seams, roll floors.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The MOQ is one 20' container with 3-5 colors from our E-catalog, around 2800sqm for 4mm floor. If your quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500sqm per color from our inventory or 1000sqm from the E-catalog.

Q: Are samples available?
A: Sure, free samples are available. We could produce samples as per customers' design within one week.

Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The average delivery time is around 30-35 days after the payment. We have 17 production lines to guarantee your delivery time.

Q: What's your flooring warranty?
A: For residential, we recommend a 0.3 mm wear layer and the warranty is 15 years.For light commercials, we recommend a 0.5 mm wear layer and the warranty is 8 years.

Q: Can you provide flooring accessories?
A: Yes, we could produce accessories that match your floor colors. In addition to skirting or baseboard, we can also provide different kinds of underlayment such as EVA/IXPE, etc.

Q: Can I use my own carton designs?
A: For order quantities over 1*20GP, we could print the cartons according to your request. If you need, we can send the popular carton designs for your reference.
