The manufacturing process for homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring includes the following steps: producing PVC granulates, mixing, calendaring or extrusion (sheet making), lacquering, embossing & backside primer, and relaxation.

The thickness of the sheet is mainly 2.0mm, and 3.0mm.
