What is LVT flooring?
 

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) glue down flooring is a type of resilient flooring that consists of multiple layers, including a durable wear layer, a high-definition printed design layer, and a sturdy core. Unlike click-lock or loose-lay LVT, glue down LVT is permanently adhered to the subfloor using a specialty adhesive.  
It is water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and easy to maintain, making it ideal for high-traffic areas.

LVT Glue Down Manufacturing Process:
Nowadays, vinyl flooring is becoming more and more popular, and it is gradually replacing many of the floors we used before. Let's take a look at the production process of LVT glue down flooring.

Step One: Basic material production 
(PVC resin powder, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, carbon)              
Produce Middle/Bottom basic material

Step Two:  Hot-pressing
Press Wear layer/Decor films/Middle basic material/Bottom basic material together    
Meanwhile, the steel plate will press out the texture on the whole plank.    
Relaxation 24h

Step Three: UV coating & Annealing
UV coating is aimed at controlling the glossiness    
Make sure our products are super durable and more resistant to scratches and stains.    
Annealing can increase the stability of products.

Step Four: Relaxation 
24-48 hours Stress relief.

Step Five: Punching/Cutting
Punching whole planks into pieces like 7x48"/9x60".

Step Six: Trimming
In order to make sure all edges are smooth, no spliced gap.

A: The MOQ is one 20' container with 3-5 colors from our E-catalog. If your quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500 sqm per color from our inventory or 1000 sqm from the E-catalog.

A: We can print the cartons according to your request. If you need, we can send the popular designs for your reference.
Q: Can I purchase the flooring accessory?
A: Yes, besides the skirting or baseboard, we can also provide different kinds of underlayment, such as EVA/IXPE, etc.
Q: What's your flooring warranty?
A: For residential, we recommend a 0.3 mm wear layer, and the warranty is 15 years. For light commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer, and the warranty is 8 years.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The average delivery time is around 25-35 days after the payment. We have 17 production lines to guarantee your delivery time.
Q: How can I know your flooring is consistent with your description?
A: Quality is first!" That is our principle. Free samples are available for your evaluation. Before the production, we will also send you the production details sheet for your confirmation.
