Installation Instructions
Site environment requirements before construction
1. Before the construction of PVC anti-static coiled materials, it must be ensured that the ceiling and walls above the construction site have been completed and that no debris falls from above to damage the floor or coiled materials.
2. Ensure that a grounding point is pre-buried every 300m2.
3. The construction site is equipped with lighting and a 220v power supply and has been powered on.
4. The site is well ventilated and the temperature is between 8ºC and 35ºC
Requirements for the on-site foundation (rough) floor
1. Visually observe that the floor has no sand, cracks, oil stains, and no hollows when knocked.
2. The ground is flat and the unevenness is ≤2mm/2m
3. The floor is dry and the moisture content is ≤4.5%
4. The cement mortar hardness of the floor is ≥1.5Mpa
5. The bottom foundation floor has a waterproof and moisture-proof layer.
