Encapsulated Steel Calcium Sulfate Raised Floor is a high-performance suspended floor system specially designed for modern commercial office buildings. It is mainly composed of calcium sulfate as the base material and combined with a steel structure frame. This floor system is widely used in office environments and is particularly suitable for modern office buildings that require comprehensive wiring, air conditioning ventilation or flexible space planning. It uses high-density calcium sulfate core boards, with a bearing capacity of over 2300 kg/m². The steel edges are treated with a steel frame, providing higher edge strength and excellent impact resistance. It has excellent fire resistance, with A-level fireproof materials, with non-combustibility reaching the GB8624-2012 standard. When exposed to fire, it does not produce toxic gases, ensuring the safety of the office environment. It is environmentally friendly and healthy, without formaldehyde or radioactive substance emissions, and complies with national green building materials standards.

Structure

- Core Substrate: High-quality calcium sulfate, providing core support and not prone to deformation.

- Upper and Lower Layers: High-quality galvanized steel plates. The upper and lower steel plates completely enclose the calcium sulfate board core.

- Four-sided edge sealing: The galvanized steel plates are extended to form a border around the edges, and the sides of the floor are also wrapped with galvanized steel plates, creating a fully enclosed structure.
